Abstract

【課題】 簡単な構造でハウジングをガタつくことなくシリンダ孔内に装着し、ハンドルレバーやフットペダルを安定して作動させることができるディスクブレーキ装置を提供する。 【解決手段】 ハウジング12のシリンダ軸方向中間部の外周に、装着片12eを突設する。装着片12eの突出端をシリンダ孔開口側に向けて傾斜させる。装着片12eのシリンダ孔開口側に取り付ける止め輪24にて装着片12eをシリンダ孔底部側に弾性変形させ、その反力で前記ハウジング12をシリンダ孔底部側へ押圧する。 【選択図】 図1
<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk brake device which is simple in construction and attaches into a cylinder bore without playing a housing within the cylinder bore and can actuate by stabilizing a handle lever and a foot pedal. <P>SOLUTION: The disk brake device protrudes an attachment strip 12e on outer periphery of an intermediate part of cylinder axial direction of the housing 12. It slants by directing protruding end of the attachment strip 12e on opening side of the cylinder bore. It elastically deforms the attachment strip 12e on bottom side of the cylinder bore by a retaining ring 24 which attaches to opening side of the cylinder bore of the attachment strip 12e and then presses the housing 12 on the bottom side of the cylinder bore by reaction force. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
